RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Legal Entity: Jiyu Jutsu, [Registered Address] (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 Product means our customized, printed pixel fighter card(s).
1.2 Order means a purchase placed through our website.
1.3 Approved Design means the final artwork/proof approved by you.
1.4 Customer Content means any images, names, text, statistics, or other materials you supply to us.
1.5 Damaged on Arrival means material damage or print defect that renders the Product faulty on delivery (e.g., bent, creased, scratched, severe misprint).
1.6 Incorrect Item means the Product materially differs from the Approved Design, wrong variant, or other error attributable to us.
2. GENERAL POLICY
2.1 All Products are custom-made. Except as expressly stated in Section 3, all sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
2.2 This Policy does not limit any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REMEDY
Subject to Section 4, you may request a remedy only where:
3.1 The Product is Damaged on Arrival; or
3.2 The Product is an Incorrect Item due to our error.
4. EXCLUSIONS
No returns/refunds are provided for:
4.1 Design dissatisfaction after the Approved Design, including stylistic preferences (pixel style, layout, composition) or “change of mind.”
4.2 Customer Content errors, including typos, misspellings, stats, images, or instructions supplied by you and reflected in the Approved Design.
4.3 Minor variations in color, trim, size, or placement between on-screen preview and final print that are standard in professional printing processes.
4.4 Damage after delivery caused by handling, storage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
4.5 Delivery issues arising from an incorrect/incomplete address supplied by you or refusal of delivery.
4.6 Requests made outside the Claim Window (Section 5.2).
5. CLAIM PROCESS
5.1 Notice. You must notify us of any issue by email at jiyujutsu@gmail.com with subject line “Order Issue – #[Order Number]”.
5.2 Claim Window. Notice must be received within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.
5.3 Documentation. Your email must include: (a) order number; (b) description of the issue; (c) clear photos of the Product (front/back), close-ups of the defect, and the outer packaging showing any transit damage and labels.
5.4 Packaging Retention. Keep all packaging and the Product until your claim is resolved; we may request additional photos or a return.
5.5 Assessment. We will assess eligibility and respond within a reasonable period (typically 2–3 business days).
6. REMEDIES
If your claim is approved:
6.1 Replacement (preferred remedy). We will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
6.2 Refund. If replacement is not reasonably possible, we will refund the item price to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
6.3 Return Requirement. We may, at our discretion, require the Product to be returned. If so, we will provide return instructions and, for approved cases, a prepaid return label. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
6.4 Sole Remedy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the remedies in this Section are your sole and exclusive remedies for issues covered by Section 3.
7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
7.1 You may request changes before providing the Approved Design.
7.2 Once you approve the design or production has commenced, the Order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded (except as set out in Section 3).
8. SHIPPING & RISK
8.1 Title and risk pass on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
8.2 For shipments reported lost or undelivered, we will assist with carrier inquiries. Replacement or refund for carrier loss is at our reasonable discretion and subject to carrier confirmation and applicable law.
9. QUALITY NOTES
9.1 Products are professionally printed; minor color or trim tolerances versus on-screen previews are normal and not defects.
9.2 Pixel-art styling, including non-photorealistic rendering, is intentional and not a defect.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an Order is limited to the amount paid for the affected Product(s). Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
